3.3 Accounts may be suspended or terminated for misuse, account sharing, or copyright violations.
4.1 Subscriptions are billed automatically (monthly or yearly).
4.2 Prices may change with notice.
4.3 No refunds once access is granted, unless required by law.
4.4 You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
5.1 You may use downloaded models for any purpose, including commercial use, except for promoting or creating content against Objify AI.
5.2 Attribution is required for free plan users.
5.3 Redistribution or resale of models as your own is prohibited.
You expressly agree not to:
6.1 Reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse Objify AI tools.
6.2 Upload illegal, offensive, or copyrighted material.
6.3 Use the platform for harmful, fraudulent, or unethical purposes.
7.1 Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
7.2 Objify AI is not responsible for viruses, hacks, or system damage resulting from your use.
7.3 If the website is down and you have an active subscription, contact us. We will resolve the issue, but it may take time.
Objify AI reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
